In February of 2005 the City replaced the existing Article 925 of the Codified Ordinances pursuant to state and federal regulations. The new ordinance was based on the LVPC Act 167 Stormwater Management Plan (aka The Little Lehigh Creek Watershed Plan). Subsequently, LVPC has adopted an updated Stormwater Management Plan for the watersheds within the City, which was approved by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP) on October 4, 2006.
