4/9/2007 Lehigh Lynn A Corrective Action Plan (CAP) has been prepared for the Lynn Township Sewer Authority and Lynn Township, Lehigh County Pennsylvania. The CAP will be submitted to PaDEP. The CAP sets forth the actions and schedule to be taken by the Authority to identify and reduce the inflow and infiltration flows within its existing service area. 5/4/2007
             
4/9/2007 Northampton Bethlehem City Summary of the proposed Ordinance is to amend existing Article 925 entitled Stormwater Management Ordinance. In February of 2005 the City replaced the existing Article 925 of the Codified Ordinances pursuant to state and federal regulations. The new ordinance was based on the LVPC Act 167 Stormwater Management Plan (aka The Little Lehigh Creek Watershed Plan). Subsequently, LVPC has adopted an updated Stormwater Management Plan for the watersheds within the City, which was approved by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP) on October 4, 2006. PADEP requires the City adopt an ordinance consistent with the updated watershed plan and has set April 25, 2007 as the deadline for municip al ordinance adoption. 4/17/2007
